"Lord of the Rings" and "Inkheart" are both great books I wouldn't have read if not for my attempt to beat their impending movie releases!

Z-DadZ-Kidshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10626951769574291044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2376995194339975010.post-78956376928651057562009-10-12T16:22:48.579-04:002009-10-12T16:22:48.579-04:00Movies made from books make me nervous because I l...Movies made from books make me nervous because I love that my children enjoy reading and I dread them saying, "I will wait until the movie comes out." Also, I don't want it to ruin their mental pictures of stories. This one is obviously different because it was taken from a picture book. But I am still curious about your take on it.

(Oh, and to be clear we do watch movies adapted from books.)Heidi Noelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15318127687106073617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2376995194339975010.post-43390464205670392242009-10-12T13:24:54.147-04:002009-10-12T13:24:54.147-04:00Thank you, you wild things!Thank you, you wild things!ElizThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05691208021622155317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2376995194339975010.post-52154383058251028512009-10-12T11:23:29.835-04:002009-10-12T11:23:29.835-04:00"Where the Wild Things Are" is probably ..."Where the Wild Things Are" is probably one of the 3 most famous children's books ever made."

...and I've never read it!!!Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08772667430500306088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2376995194339975010.post-46131236110923869022009-10-12T10:34:19.529-04:002009-10-12T10:34:19.529-04:00Thanks for another great review.
